Discussion: How Do We Develop A Relationship With God?

Most of us have had at least one moment where God felt close and real. Most of us have also had stretches where God felt distant, or where we weren’t sure there was anyone listening at all.

This week we’re talking about that gap. If God is beyond anything we can fully understand, what does it even mean to have a relationship with God? Is it something like loving a person, or something completely different? How do prayer and meditation relate to developing a relationship with such an entity?

We’ll leverage a text that talks about the Baha'i understanding of God to kick off the conversation.
